Tai chi set to begin March 6 at Jones Park
Tai chi will be offered weekly beginning Wednesday, March 6 at Jesse H. Jones Park and Nature Center in Humble.
According to a press release from Jesse H. Jones Park and Nature Center, "The group will meet in the green space in front of the nature center (weather permitting) for an hour of low-impact stretching, breathing and range-of-motion exercises. Volunteer Doug Ebeling, a third-degree tai chi black belt, will lead this activity, which will take place on Wednesdays beginning at 8:30 a.m."
Classes will take place through Wednesday, March 27.
Jesse H. Jones Park and Nature Center is at 20634 Kenswick Drive, Humble.
