There were 27 sales in Humble for the week ending Dec. 30, according to BlockShopper.
One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 17906 Juniper Green Trail. Claytons Park Community Association Inc., Ron Hickman, Marcella Joy Denise Klauser and Robert Klauser sold the home to Juniper Green (trust) on Thursday, Dec. 27. The 3,304-square-foot, four-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home is located in the Claytons Park subdivision.
