Weekly sales roundup for Humble, week ending Dec. 30

There were 27 sales in Humble for the week ending Dec. 30, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 9802 Moonscape. Erick Jackson, Tamika Richardson Mitchell, Tamika Richardon-Jackson and Carolyn F. Richardson sold the home to American Home Buyer Ltd. on Thursday, Dec. 27. The 3,487-square-foot, four-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath home is located in the Canyon Gate at Park Lakes subdivision.
