Humble grad Jackson contributes to Midland victory

Humble High School graduate Darnetta Jackson played for Midland College in a 52-45 win against conference rival Western Texas College on Monday, Jan. 21, in Snyder, the Midland College website reported.

The sophomore guard helped the Lady Chaps improve to 16-5 on the season and 4-1 in conference.

Midland College's next game is at 5:45 p.m. Monday, Jan. 28 at Clarendon College.

Jackson is a sophomore guard for Midland College. She is a 2011 graduate of Humble High School.
