Weekly sales roundup for Humble, week ending Dec. 23

There were 56 sales in Humble for the week ending Dec. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 9010 Blue Cedar Lane. Jeff Leva, Erma Menzie and Michael G. Menzie sold the home to Bank of America NA on Tuesday, Dec. 18. The 1,225-square-foot, four-bedroom, two-bath home is located in the Deerbrook Estates subdivision.
