Weekly sales roundup for Northeast Houston, week ending Dec. 16

There were three sales in Northeast Houston for the week ending Dec. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 11935 Greenspark Lane. F. P. Cribbs Jr. and Modern Modular Home Rental Corp. sold the home to Metrobank NA on Monday, Dec. 10. The 1,410-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 2001 and is located in the Greensbrook subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 13130 Lakeside Terrace Drive to Susan Blanche Bailey Coffman, John Joseph Bailey, Robert Jesse Bailey, Judith Karen Berlinger and Helen Kathleen Musselwhite.

Sales volume was 200 percent higher than the previous week and 200 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Northeast Houston has averaged two sales per week during the last 12 months.
