There were 48 sales in Humble for the week ending Dec. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.
One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 6110 Spruce Bough Court. Evan Jarrod McClung and Megan Celeste McClung sold the home to Teknow Inc. on Wednesday, Dec. 12. The 1,820-square-foot, four-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home was built in 2000 and is located in the Parkside at Kingwood Glen subdivision.
