Weekly sales roundup for New Caney, week ending Dec. 9

There were nine sales in New Caney for the week ending Dec. 9, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 21862 Lost Meadow. Carl E. Faetche and Lynda G. Faetche sold the home to Bobby Thompson and Laura Thompson on Friday, Dec. 7. The 2,921-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 2002 and is located in the Northcrest Ranch subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 25861 Gloucester to Colony Ridge Land LLC.
