Sales roundup for Kingwood, week ending Dec. 9

There were 31 sales in Kingwood for the week ending Dec. 9, 2012, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 1307 St Andrews Road. Billy F. Allen sold the home to Sally S. Allen on Friday, Dec. 7.
