Weekly sales roundup for Humble, week ending Dec. 9

There were 30 sales in Humble for the week ending Dec. 9, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 10207 Droxshire Drive. Dunlap John Stanley, Barbara M. Hand (Estate) and Teresa Marie Hand sold the home to Rebecca C. Noreiga on Friday, Dec. 7. The 2,290-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1972 and is located in the Northshire subdivision.
