Humble ISD elementary schools' lunch menu for the week of Jan. 7 is as follows:

Monday, Jan. 7: No school

Tuesday, Jan. 8: Chicken nuggets with whole-wheat roll, grilled cheese sandwich, vegetable soup, baby carrots, fresh apple wedges and chilled peaches

Wednesday, Jan. 9: Breaded chicken sandwich, chicken egg roll, whole kernel corn, California blend vegetables, shredded romaine lettuce, sliced pears and frosty peach cup

Thursday, Jan. 10: Pizza cheese sticks, beef fingers with whole-wheat roll, spinach romaine salad, seasoned green beans, fresh fruit and tangy flavored raisins

Friday, Jan. 11: Hamburger, jalapeno cheese dip cup with whole-grain nacho chips, seasoned pinto beans, shoestring potatoes, shredded romaine lettuce, chilled mixed fruit and pineapple tidbits
