Weekly sales roundup for New Caney, week ending Dec. 2

There were three sales in New Caney for the week ending Dec. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 20030 Ada Lane. Troy Scott Turner and Patricia Diane McLaughlin Turner sold the home to Garrett Paul Morris on Friday, Nov. 30. The 1,040-square-foot, three-bedroom, 1 1/2-bath home was built in 1978 and is located in the New Caney Heights subdivision.

Sales volume was 50 percent higher than the previous week and 200 percent higher than the same week in 2011. New Caney has averaged two sales per week during the last 12 months.
