Weekly sales roundup for Atascocita, week of Dec. 2

There were eight sales in Atascocita for the week ending Dec. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 17214 Atascocita Bend Drive. Agnes Knight, Alvin Knight and Wayne Wheat sold the home to Msr I. Assets Co on Friday, Nov. 30. The 1,495-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home is located in the Atascocita Trace subdivision.
