Sales roundup for Kingwood, week ending Nov. 11

There were 20 sales in Kingwood for the week ending Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 2306 Stately Oak Drive. Lonnie L. Lindsey and Sandra J. Lindsey sold the home to John W. Rood on Friday, Nov. 9.

Built in 1992, the 4,282-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath home is in the Kingwood Kings Point Village subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 2510 Tinechester Drive to Panda Keller and the sale of 4522 Echo Falls Drive to Tanya Bodo.
