Atascocita grad Arthur plays in Houston Baptist loss
Humble Atascocita High School graduate Rachel Arthur scored a point as her Houston Baptist University team lost 65-57 at home to Jackson State Saturday, Nov. 24 at Sharp Gym in Houston, the school's website reported.
Arthur also recorded a steal and one block for the Huskies, who are 2-4 on the season.
Houston Baptist's next game is at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27 at home against UT Arlington.
Arthur is a freshman guard for Houston Baptist University. She is a 2012 graduate of Atascocita High School in Humble. The biology major from Humble is the daughter of William and Kirsten Arthur.
