Weekly sales roundup for Humble, week ending Oct. 21

There were 47 sales in Humble for the week ending Sunday, Oct. 21, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 22012 Royal Timbers Drive. Aubrey B. Hackney and Tammy C. Hackney sold the home to Jassos Inc. on Oct. 21. The 2,558-square-foot, four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home was built in 2004 and is located in the Kings Manor subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 18503 Hot Creek Court to Yashica B. Good and the sale of 19827 Brandy Creek Lane to Miguel Velasquez.

The Walden on Lake Houston neighborhood had the most sales in the area with four, followed by Eagle Springs with three and Kingwood of Humble with two.

Sales volume was 80.7 percent higher than the previous week and 56.6 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Humble has averaged 39 sales per week during the last 12 months.
