Gas prices in and around Lake Houston were lower than the averages for Houston and the country as a whole last week, according to data from the price-tracking website gasbuddy.com.

Visitors to the gasbuddy.com website reported rates for forty six gas stations in and around Lake Houstonas of Saturday, Nov. 10. The average price of regular unleaded gas in Lake Houston is $3.09 per gallon. Gasbuddy.com listed the Houston average at $3.17, the state average at $3.18 and the nationwide average at $3.47.

The least expensive gas in Lake Houston is reported at Gulf, 12315 FM-1960 E.

A gasbuddy.com user reported the most expensive gas price in the area at $3.39, at Valero, 12315 FM-1960 E.
