Sales roundup for Humble, week ending Oct. 7

There were 52 sales in Humble for the week ending Oct. 7, according to Blockshopper.com.

Transactions include the sale of 12003 Lake Mead Lane to Lori Struble and Timothy Struble and the sale of 18523 Wild Basin Trail to David Milam III.

The Eagle Springs neighborhood had the most sales in the area with 10, followed by Walden on Lake Houston with three and Kingwood of Humble with one.

Sales volume was 8.3 percent higher than the previous week and 30.0 percent higher than the same week in 2011.

Humble has averaged 39 sales per week during the last 12 months.
