Lake Houston incident report, Aug. 18

The Houston Police Department reported the following incidents Aug. 18:

A call regarding an EMS event on Welch was received at 1:41 a.m.
A call regarding a minor accident at  West Farm to Market Road 1960 was received at 11:58 a.m.
An EMS event was reported at 3:25 p.m. at West Lake Houston Parkway and Woodson Park Drive.
A call regarding a traffic hazard incident at North Sam Houston Parkway East was received at 3:41 p.m.
A light wires arcing was reported at 3:41 p.m. on West Lake Houston Parkway.
