Humble Red Lobster blamed for customer's injuries
A woman is suing over claims she suffered serious injuries at the hands of a waiter while dining at the Humble-area Red Lobster.
Shan Terrell filed a lawsuit Aug. 1 in the Harris County District Court against Red Lobster of Texas, citing negligence and negligence per se.
Terrell says June 2 she sustained serious injuries at the Humble-area Red Lobster when a waiter dropped a glass on her head and then hit her in the head with a serving tray.
Terrell is seeking damages and court costs. She is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Vuk Vujasinovic.
