Lake Houston Wilderness Park to hold 'Owl Prowl'
Lake Houston Wilderness Park will hold an “Owl Prowl” for adults and children from 8-9 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25.
Participants will take Magnolia Trail and use owl calls to talk to the owls and try and coax them from their perches.
The program is free with the $3 park entry fee, but reservations are required and all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Lake Houston Wilderness Park is located at 25840 FM 1485 in New Caney.
