Where are the lowest gas prices in Lake Houston?

Gas prices in and around the Lake Houston area were lower compared to the averages for Texas, Houston and the country as a whole for the week of July 22, according to data from the price-tracking website gasbuddy.com.

Visitors to the gasbuddy.com website reported rates for 45 gas stations in and around Atascocita, Huffman and Humble. As of Saturday, July 28, the average price of regular unleaded gas in the Lake Houston area is $3.32 per gallon. Gasbuddy.com listed the Texas average at $3.34, Houston average at $3.34 and the nationwide average at $3.50.

The average gas price in the Lake Houston area last week was $3.28 per gallon.

The least expensive gas price in the Lake Houston area is reported to be $3.24 for a gallon of regular unleaded gas, which gasbuddy.com contributors logged as being available Sam's Club, 9665 FM 1960 Bypass Road W.; Chevron, 3103 Wilson Road; and Murphy USA, 6610 FM 1960 E. near Atasca Oaks.

A gasbuddy.com user reported the most expensive gas price in the area at $3.45, which was being sold at Valero, 6886 Will Clayton Parkway.
