Lake Houston YMCA to offer preschool swim camp

The Lake Houston YMCA will offer a two-week preschool swim camp from 8:45-9:15 a.m. July 30 through Aug. 9 for children age 3-5.

These sessions will teach young children how to adjust to the water and develop independent movement. They will also cover basic stroke and kicking skills, floating and pool safety. There are 20 open spots remaining.

The fee is $50 for members and $85 for program members.

The Lake Houston YMCA is located at 2420 W. Lake Houston Parkway in Kingwood.
