Where are the lowest gas prices in Lake Houston?

Gas prices in and around the Lake Houston area were lower compared with the average for the country as a whole for the week of Sunday, July 8, according to data from the price-tracking website www.gasbuddy.com.

Visitors to the gasbuddy.com website reported rates for 45 gas stations in and around Atascocita, Huffman and Humble. As of Saturday, July 14, the average price of regular unleaded gas in the Lake Houston area is $3.24 per gallon. Gasbuddy.com listed the Texas average at $3.24, Houston average at $3.24 and the nationwide average at $3.43.

The average gas price in the Lake Houston area last week was $3.19 per gallon.

The least expensive gas price in the Lake Houston area is reported to be $3.09 for a gallon of regular unleaded gas, which gasbuddy.com contributors logged as being available was at H-E-B, 7405 FM 1960 E.; and Murphy USA, 6610 FM 1960 E. near Atasca Oaks. Gasbuddy.com users reported the most expensive gas price in the area at $3.35, which was being sold at three gas stations.
