Small business development center welcomes new senior consultant
Jan Koenig has joined the Lone Star College Small Business Development Center as a senior consultant.
Jan Koenig has joined the Lone Star College Small Business Development Center as a senior consultant.
He brings 30 years of experience in finance, education and entrepreneurship to the position.
Koenig earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. After receiving his MBA from Harvard University, Koenig moved to Houston, where he owned and operated a multi-location franchise and developed two new territories.
As an adjunct faculty member at Houston Community College, he has taught classes in entrepreneurship and small business management.
