Tyler Kofoed acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 6918 Sanders Hill Lane in Humble from Erin Seargeant and John Thomas Seargeant on June 6.

The Seargeants acquired the property in Nov. 2009. The 2,421-square-foot house was built in 2009 in Fall Creek. It is part of the Fall Creek subdivision. Harris County assesses the home's value at $30,200.

Tyler Kofoed is a finance manager at GE Oil & Gas.
