Daniel Bonivich and Andrea Bonivich relisted a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 8207 Shoregrove Drive in Atascocita for $500,000.

The Boniviches previously listed the property for $545,000. Andrea Bonivich, then a realtor at Prudential Gary Greene Realtors, was the listing agent. Patricia Williams of Coldwell Banker United Realtors is the current listing agent. The Boniviches acquired the 4,448-square-foot property in the Atascocita Shores subdivision from David Vinson and Rebecca Vinson in March 2006. It was built in 2001.
