Dr. Chandler R. Mann and Dr. Louise T. Mann have listed for sale a six-bedroom, 6.5-bath home at 26 Kings Lake Estates Blvd. in Humble for $1.45 million.

The Manns acquired the property in January 2005. The 7,016-square-foot house, built in 2007, is in the Kings Lake Estates subdivision. Jamie Duplechin of Keller Williams Realty Northeast is the listing agent.

Dr. Chandler Mann specializes in anesthesiology and pain management at North Houston Pain Center in Kingwood. He is also affiliated with Conroe Regional Medical Center and First Surgical Hospital Woodlands.

Dr. Louise Mann is an obstetrician and gynecologist at Her Healthcare LLP in Kingwood.

She received her M.D. from the University of Nevada.
