Dell account exec sells 3BD home in Humble

Gregory W. Grazdan sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 6223 Kings Oaks Lane in Humble to Paul Gombos and Carol A. Gombos on March 20.

Grazdan acquired the property in October 2007. The 1,310-square-foot home, built in 2001, is in the Parkside at Kingwood Glen subdivision.

Grazdan is an account executive at Dell. Previously, he worked at the Harris County Hospital District and Philips Healthcare and was a biomedical maintenance officer for the U.S. Army Medical Command.

He has an M.S. in technology management from the University of Maryland University College.
