Hemant Bajaj bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 9511 Fawn Park Court in Humble from Cedric Jolivet on March 1.

Bajaj is a supply portfolio manager at Reliant Energy, a provider of electricity and energy services, where he was previously the manager of power structuring and pricing.

He attended Delhi College of Engineering, Tulane University A.B. Freeman School of Business and CFA Institute.

Jolivet is a radiology informatics supervisor at the Harris County Hospital District. Previously, he served on the board of the Texas Society of Radiologic Technologists Inc.

He attended Prairie View A&M University. He is currently working on his business administration degree at the University of Phoenix.
