Richard R. Nandlal acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 20127 Fox Grove Lane in Humble from Charles Larson and Debra D. Larson on Dec. 5.

The Larsons acquired the property in May 2006. The 1,609-square-foot house was built in 1977 in the Foxwood subdivision. It is valued at $85,626.

Nandlal works as a senior unified communications engineer at The VIA Group Inc., an information technology and services firm. Prior to that, he was an engineer at Avaya.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,435 home sales in Humble during the past 12 months.
