Brian K. Amburn acquired a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 20510 Riverside Pines Drive in Atascocita from Jason T. Barron and Kimberly Barron on Nov. 23.
The 4,412-square-foot house was built in 1988 in the Atascocita Shores subdivision. It is valued at $385,510.
Amburn serves as a chief business development officer at Mega Fluids, an oil and gas services company.
He studied at the University of Texas-San Antonio.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 502 home sales in Atascocita during the last 12 months.
