Matt E. Greek and his wife, Carol, transferred a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 13318 Greenwood Lakes Lane in Atascocita to Gregory Leo Spalding on June 13.
The Greeks acquired the property in Jan. 2007. The 4,715-square-foot house was built in 2006 in the Summerwood subdivision. It is valued at $411,188.
Mr. Greek most recently served as an operations vice president at GenOn Energy. Prior to GenOn, he worked as a plant manager at Houston Lighting & Power and as a senior project engineer at Central Illinois Light Company.
He attended Bradley University.
