AHS Choir to present scenes from Oklahoma!
The Atascocita High School Choir Department will present scenes from the musical "Oklahoma!" on Friday, Jan. 27 and Saturday, Jan. 28.
The performance will feature the AHS A Cappella Choir acting out certain scenes, complete with costumes and set pieces.
Musical selections include “Oh, What a Beautiful Morning,” “The Surrey With the Fringe on Top,” “Kansas City,” “The Farmer and the Cowman,” “I Cain't Say No!,” “Many a New Day,” “Poor Jud,” “All Er Nothin'” and “Oklahoma!”
Tickets are $10 and are currently on sale, with groups of 20 or more receiving special pricing. Tickets can be purchased from cast members or from the AHS Choir office at 281-641-7606.
Performances will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 27 and at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 28. AHS is located at 13300 Will Clayton Parkway in Humble.
