HS girls soccer: Summer Creek falls to Stratford

Summer Creek fell in a 7-0 shutout to Summer Creek in District 42-4A high school girls soccer action on Friday.

The loss drops Summer Creek to 0-10-0 overall and 0-4-0 in district play.

The win ups Stratford to 15-2-0 on the season and 6-0-0 in district play.

Kelly Ann Craig scored two goals to lead the Spartans over the Bulldogs. Kellie Barranco added a goal and two assists in the win.

Summer Creek will next host Spring Woods on Monday at 7 p.m.

Stratford will next visit Kingwood Park on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
