Man sues over fall at Humble Walgreens
A man is suing Walgreens after, he says, he slipped on a wet floor.
James Smith filed a lawsuit on Dec. 15 in the Harris County District Court against Walgreens Co. and Albert Hardy, alleging negligence.
Smith says that on March 25, 2010, he was injured while shopping at the Walgreens located at 3755 Atascocita Road. According to the brief, the defendants left a slippery substance on the floor which caused him to fall.
Smith is seeking compensatory damages as well as court costs.
He is being represented in the case by Brent Cordell.
