Teens will wrap gifts tonight to raise money for library
(L to R): Scott Crawford, Jonathan Cotledge, Kevin Jiang, Allison Raffety, Sol Harper, Ariel Thomas, Hillary Pruitt and Emily Dousay.
Teens will wrap gifts tonight as a holiday fundraiser at the Atascocita Library.
BOLT, the library's teen advisory board, will be wrapping presents and selling holiday cards to raise funds for the Friends of the Atascocita Library.
Every Tuesday night until Dec. 21, teens will be available to wrap holiday gifts from 6 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. The cards are $5 each and gift-wrapping costs $1 to $3.
All the funds raised will go to the Friends of the Atascocita Library. The Friends generously support library programs and purchase books and other necessities for the library.
For more information, contact Darla Pruitt at 281-812-2162 or dpruitt@hcpl.net.
