College Baseball: Kellen McGriff, Texas Lutheran University

Kellen McGriff pitched five innings, striking out three and allowing one earned run Thursday in Texas Lutheran University's 3-2 loss at Concordia University Texas. McGriff graduated from Humble High School in 2010.

McGriff is a graduate of Humble High School where he was salutatorian of the class of 2009. He earned first-team all-district honors on the baseball diamond. Prior to attending Texas Lutheran, where he is a freshman pitcher, McGriff spent one season at Texas State but did not play baseball. He is the son of Guy and Cindy McGriff. Read more...
