Byran Rubio, of Houston, was charged with a class B misdemeanor (criminal trespassing). The incident took place on July 17. Rubio, born April 13, 1995, is a 5-foot-6 male, weighting 130 pounds. The defense attorney is Rebekah Kratochvil. The case number is 12-CCR-163061.
