James Dante Kelly in custody at Montgomery County Jail

James Dante Kelly was booked into custody at the Montgomery County Jail at 1:55 a.m. on Jan. 29, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.

The alleged charge against the 24-year-old black male is listed as driving with an invalid license and previous conviction.

Kelly's address is listed as 100 Hollow Tree Lane, Houston, Texas 77090.

Chase Allen Roberts in custody at Montgomery County Jail

At 1:30 a.m. on Jan. 29, Chase Allen Roberts was booked into custody at the Montgomery County Jail, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Offce.

Roberts is described as a 21-year-old white male.

The alleged charges against him are listed as 5 counts of a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor.

Roberts's address is listed as 12602 Millwill Lane, Houston, Texas 77070.

Joshua James Brown has been released from custody, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Mr. Brown's bond was set at $200. He is listed as living at 20318 Sunny Shores D in Humble (77346).
