Montgomery County District Court criminal felony indictments, June 30

The Montgomery County district clerk reported the following criminal felony indictments Thursday, June 30:

Neil Kurtis Devoe was indicted in the 9th District Court on a charge of aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.

Devoe is 32 years old, and resides in the 10373 N. Sam Houston Parkway No. 339, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Saturday, Feb. 20.

Guy L. Womack is Devoe's attorney.

John William Reece was indicted in the 9th District Court on a charge of indecency with a child (sexual contact).

Reece is 40 years old, and resides in the 7911 Greens Road, Humble.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Thursday, June 5.

Andrea M. Kolski is Reece's attorney.

Benjamin Todd Wotkyns was indicted in the 9th District Court on a charge of aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.

Wotkyns is 33 years old, and resides in the 3918 Rock Springs, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Saturday, Feb. 20.

Jonathan Alfred Elliott Released

Jonathan Alfred Elliott was released from custody, according to the Harris County Sheriff‘s Office. Elliott is listed as living at 15100 Golden Eagle in Humble. Roger Obakrairur was released from custody, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. A bond of $2,000 was set for Mr. Obakrairur, who is listed as living at 411 Bender in Humble (77338).
