Montgomery County District Court criminal felony indictments, Feb. 8

The Montgomery County district clerk reported the following criminal felony indictments on Feb. 8:

Edgar Alvarez Orozco was indicted at the 359th District Court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Orozco is described as a 23-year-old white male. His address is listed as 5734 Rocky Trail, Humble, TX 77339.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred on December 3, 2010. Orozco was arrested that same day.
