Antonio Luis Delacruz was reportedly arrested by the Department Of Public Safety. The alleged charges against him are listed as driving while intoxicated.
He is described as a 5 feet, 6 inches, 120-pound, 19-year-old white male, with black hair and brown eyes.

Destanie Marie Tackett was reportedly arrested by the Brazoria County Sheriff's Office. The alleged charges against her are listed as motion to revoke parole, credit card or debit card abuse.
