Leonard Earl Davis Jr. was arrested on charges of failure to change address on driver's license, defect brakes, failure to control speed, driving with expired registration, failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance, driving without or with an expired inspection sticker, violating a promise to appear, defective brakes mcontrolled substance, no record of duty status and driving without medical examiner c on May 27, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
