Montgomery County misdemeanors, Jan. 8-14

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Jan. 8-14:

Patrick Adam Balderas, 20, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces in a drug free zone he was charged with on Jan. 11. His defense attorney is Jesse J . Herrera.

Balderas was arrested on Jan. 8 by Officer David Charles Miller of the MC SHERIFF'S OFFICE on charges of *POSS MARIJ

On Jan. 13, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Bautista Fransisco Salazar, 38, was charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving on Jan. 19.

Salazar was arrested on Jan. 8 by Officer D Borchardt of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED* and *RECKLESS DRIVING*.
