Montgomery County misdemeanors, Nov. 20-26

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Nov. 20-26:

Romeo Espinoza Jr., 28, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Nov. 23.

Espinoza was arrested on Nov. 20 by Officer Niklas L of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *POSS MARIJ AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Nov. 20.

Espinoza is described as a 5-foot-6, 170 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on November 14, 1983, in WACO, Texas. His last known address is 3817 Lila St., Houston.

Matthew Borden Odom, 29, was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 3 less than 28 grams on Nov. 23. His defense attorney is Scott Howard Pawgan.

Odom was arrested on Nov. 20 by Officer L of the Splendora Police Department on charges of *POSS CS PG 3 E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $750 bond on Nov. 20.

Abigail Alfaro, 38, was charged with 3014 improper turn on Feb. 1. His defense attorney is William Eric Harrison.

Christian Cano, 19, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Dec. 14.

Kevin Craig Gray, 27, was charged with property theft (greater than $50, less than $500) on Dec. 9.

Gray was arrested on Nov. 23 by Officer R Ludrick of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50Set'Em Free Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Nov. 24. The bond was forfeited on Jan. 4.
