Montgomery County misdemeanors, May 8-14

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of May 8-14:

Leamon Graham Jr., 47, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on May 12. His defense attorney is Pattie Jo Nolan.

Graham was arrested on May 8 by Officer Chapa of the Harris County Precinct 4 on charges of *POSS MARIJ Asap Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on May 11. The bond was released on July 12.

On July 12, the defendant received a straight fine.

Graham is described as a 5-foot-9, 225 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on November 13, 1964, in Texas. His last known address is 4515 Lock Wood 17, Houston.

Steven Aaron Kovach, 32, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on May 12. His defense attorney is Jeremy Stadler Dishongh.

Kovach was arrested on May 8 by Officer Brack of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*. Police reported one victim.

Kaleb Matthew Richardson, 27, plead Guilty to a charge of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on May 12. His defense attorney is Lynn Tuttle Coleman.

Richardson was arrested on May 8 by Officer Ford of the Harris County Precinct 4 on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on May 10. The bond was released on Dec. 27. On Dec. 27, the case was deferred.

Robert Leslie Newton III, 33, plead Guilty to a charge of assault causing bodily injury (family violence) he was charged with on Oct. 21.

Newton was arrested on May 9 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *ASSAULT CAUSES B.I.:FAMILY VIOLENCE*. There was one warrant for the defendant. Police reported one victim.
