Montgomery County misdemeanors, Jan. 23-29

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Jan. 23-29:

Elida Gonzalez Ellie, 41, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Feb. 8. Her defense attorney is Andrea Kolski.

Ellie was arrested on Jan. 23 by Officer K Provenzano of the jail authorities on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

Asap Bail Bonds posted a $2,500 bond on Jan. 23.

Ellie is described as a 5-foot-9, 175 white with brown hair and brown eyes. She was born on January 14, 1971, in Texas. Her last known address is 14310 Lorne Drive ive, Houston.

Douglas Orval Wright, 41, plead Not Guilty to a charge of unlawful carrying of a weapon he was charged with on Jan. 28.

Wright was arrested on Jan. 23 by Officer Martin of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *UNL CARRYING WEAPON*.

Lagway'S Bail Bonds posted a $10,000 bond on Jan. 23. The bond was released on May 2. The case was dismissed on May 2.

Erik Daniel Martinez, 18, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Jan. 28.

Martinez was arrested on Jan. 24 by Officer Chapa of the Harris County Precinct 4 on charges of *POSS MARIJ AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Jan. 25. The bond was released on March 30.

On March 30, the case was deferred.

Osvaldo Ruiz, 54, plead Guilty to a charge of 6701-331 running a red light he was charged with on April 7. His defense attorney is Douglas Rankin.

Ruiz was arrested on Jan. 24 by the CRPD on charges of *RAN RED LIGHT*.

Rankin, Douglas G posted a $502.20 bond on March 17. The bond was released on May 24. On May 24, the case was deferred.

William Darryl Elmore, 37, plead Not Guilty to a charge of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Feb. 3. His defense attorney is Stephen E Dennis.
