Montgomery County arrests, Jan. 9

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Jan. 9:

Velisa Lashay Jones was arrested on alleged charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility, failure to possess a driver's license, violating a promise to appear and a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor. Jones's address is listed as 1000 Greens Road, Houston, TX 77060.

Richard Trevor Palmer, of 6312 Community Drive, Houston, TX 77005, was arrested on alleged charges of failure to appear (civil).

Douglas Orval Wright, of 327 Edgeton Ct, Houston, TX 77015, was arrested on alleged charges of an order of arrest (felony).
