Montgomery County arrests, Sept. 30

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Sept. 30:

Garrett Cole Benson was arrested on alleged charges of BOATING WHILE INTOXICATED and boating while intoxicated. Benson's address is listed as 4415 Rosebay, Houston, TX 77018.

Allison Re Chancellor was arrested on alleged charges of PUBLIC INTOXICATION and public intoxication. Chancellor's address is listed as 3019 Robinhood, Houston, TX 77005.

Ruben James Coffey, of 3523 Shanemoss Court, Houston, TX 77068, was arrested on alleged charges of PUBLIC INTOXICATION and public intoxication.

Roel Hernandez, of 747 Gilpin, Houston, TX 77034, was arrested on alleged charges of PUBLIC INTOXICATION and public intoxication.

Jacob Wayne Kay was arrested on alleged charges of POSS MARIJ
Michael Lyn Lawson was arrested on alleged charges of DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 3RD OR MORE and driving while intoxicated (third offense or more). Lawson's address is listed as 4545 Kingwood Drive, Humble, TX 77345.

Stephanie Jan Obrient, of 8530 Berwyn Drive, Houston, TX 77037, was arrested on alleged charges of FORGERY OF A GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT, forgery of a government document, FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING, failure to identify giving, FALSE/FICTITIOUS INFO and false, fictitious information.
